All online session bookings at Dr Mohamed Hossam Eldin Online Clinic are confirmed after successful payment.

Clients may request to reschedule appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances and are subject to review by the clinic administration.

Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
